Unfair Binance CS

I urgently need help with a Binance P2P attraction that has now dragged on for more than 4 days with out decision.

I used to be selling USDT, and the customer claimed to have despatched cost from Easypaisa to my Sadapay.

The cost never arrived. To verify, I even tested with another sender (a good friend), and I acquired his transfer instantly — proving my account works.

I contacted my bank a number of occasions. They confirmed no such cost arrived and suggested the customer to file a dispute. I submitted verified bank statements + official chat transcripts as proof to Binance.

The customer has not filed a dispute together with his bank, has not offered legitimate transaction proof, and has repeatedly delayed by solely displaying generic emails (“we'll reply in 24–48 hours”).

Binance continues to offer him repeated 48-hour extensions regardless of him failing to offer evidence, whereas I’ve complied absolutely.

To make matters worse, the counterparty admitted he isn’t even the one that made the cost — which means a third-party account is being used, which is towards Binance P2P rules and a critical violation.

This was emergency cash I wanted immediately. I have completed all the things attainable: offered full proofs, statements, and cooperation. Yet the customer refuses to cooperate, and Binance keeps extending the attraction unfairly.
