Just wanted to share a warning for anyone using RedotPay. I tried to permanently delete my account and remove all my KYC data, but they blocked the deletion over a tiny 2 USD outstanding balance caused by declined transaction fees.
When I contacted support to waive these micro-fees so I could close my account and clear my identity documents, they completely refused. To make matters worse, I spent a whole month trying to discuss and resolve Apple Pay issues with them, and they simply ignored me and never replied.
f you're thinking about using this platform, be aware of their poor support, terrible Apple Pay integration, and how difficult it is to get your data out and close your account.
