Receiving calls

I maintain receiving calls from Slovakia and once I accept the decision there’s a bot saying that its some sort of binance help which I by no means requested for. I in the present day recieved 4 calls inside 1 MINUTE and decided to block all the numbers that have been calling me. I also obtained messages before that somebody logged into my account from netherlands and that I have to contact them and inform them that its was not me. I didn't do it as a result of I by no means actually used the app nor put any funds there, i feel my telephone number is just there and its getting annoying. Does anyone know why does this maintain occurring and why do I maintain receiving calls?
