My Binance account was hacked

Hey everyone, I've had a Binance account since 2020. I've used it and have hundreds of dollars in P2P transactions. My score is 100% and I've no violations. I was shocked to find that a relative tampered with my telephone and tried to rip-off me for just $21. My account has been permanently suspended and I can't create a brand new one in my identify. Is there any solution to unblock it or open a new account? I don't need to open an account underneath another consumer's identify. My e mail tackle is [email protected]
