My account is briefly suspended for withdrawals [RW00218]

I've been using Binance for the previous few years, every part was very clean till just lately. I used to be suspended from withdrawing and acquired a face confirmation request from Binance.

Then I received the message:

Any help guys it been extra then 72 hours
