Current Status: - Korean Internet & Safety Agency (KISA) investigation began at the moment - Korean Financial Supervisory Service notified - Help keeps asking for a similar video repeatedly - Funds clearly seen on blockchain in Binance wallet

Help Response: They claim the video is "edited" despite blockchain proof being uneditable. They've asked for a similar documentation 10+ occasions over 31 days.

I've accomplished all KYC requirements way back. This is not a new deposit - it's a REFUND of my own funds that's already in your wallet.
