2FA reset not working UK ????????

I need to entry my Binance account however I not have the system I used for 2FA. I've tried to reset this on the app multiple occasions but as soon as Iv verified e mail and tried to reset 2FA it stays on a loading display and does not change!

I've re-downloaded the app, and cleared cache history. Is there anything I can do? I can't contact help without logging in.

I've not used my account for transactions since 2021. I can verify my proof of id nevertheless it won't let me on the app.

Any help is significantly appreciated
